Our firm has years of experience in the floral industry. We have been serving the Capital District of New York State since 1920. Our floral design center is located at 1601 State Street, Schenectady, NY 12304. We are open to the public for in-store shopping. The flower shop is open 7 days a week. Our design center has a large walk-in cooler. Our design staff keep that cooler full of fresh flower arrangements themed for all occasions.

We offer local same-day and express flower delivery service to our customers in Schenectady and surrounding communities. For local customers who need to send flowers outside of the local area, we also provide an excellent nationwide same-day flower delivery option.
- A local delivery fee of $14.99 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
- U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery.
- Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
- We deliver all orders received by 2:00pm Monday through Saturday and same day on Sunday if received by 10:00am.
- We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
- We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
- Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
- We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly.
- We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, we encourage you to place your order at least one day prior to the following major holidays:

We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa.Balloons
Some hospitals do not allow latex balloons with an arrangement. Mylar balloons may need to be substituted for latex balloons on some orders.
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.
Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided.
Frank Gallo & Son Florist strives to provide the best customer service available. It is our belief that as a real flower shop, we understand and appreciate the concerns of online shoppers regarding the security and proper fulfillment of their orders. We have established this return/refund policy to provide our customers with a complete understanding of how replacement orders or refunds are processed:
If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24-48 hours to investigate and to determine what has occurred. In many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not at home/office and/or no neighbors were available to accept the order. We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if this occurs. Please note that we make every effort to make the delivery on the scheduled date. Because we are working with perishable products, sometimes Mother Nature works against us, and a particular situation (leaving on a porch) may be out of our control.
If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact the florist directly. In almost every case, we will gladly replace the arrangement. To request a replacement, Frank Gallo & Son Florist must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery. Bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Proper care is required. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify us within one day of the original delivery date. It is the responsibility of the sender to review all of the information provided on this website relating to refunds and/or replacements.
Frank Gallo & Son Florist reserves the right to reject any order provided to us that we deem questionable or possibly fraudulent. When we receive an order, we review the entire order and periodically compare the information provided to us with the bank of the person placing the order. If we determine that fraudulent information is provided we will send an email to the sender to inform them of the situation to determine if the information was provided in error.
Should any customer place an order through Frank Gallo & Son Florist and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered, no refund can be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery, such as in the case of a wrong office or home address. The customer can obtain new information so that the order can then be properly delivered using correct information.
Frank Gallo & Son Florist is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. We will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.
Frank Gallo & Son Florist is not liable for customer errors that result in the over-ordering of a product. During the checkout process the customer is provided with a total of the order prior to the order being submitted. The customer is given the option to remove items or reduce the quantity ordered. We make every effort to review orders where multiple quantities of a same item are ordered, but we do not guarantee, nor are we liable, for any order sent out exactly as the customer ordered. If a customer orders more than one of any single item, but meant to send a lesser quantity and the ordered amount is sent to the recipient, no refund can be offered since what was ordered is what will be delivered.

All products as depicted on this website are available for local delivery only. Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life. All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date. We will make every effort to maintain a consistent "look and feel" of the arrangement by taking into account the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For example, if an order is for red carnations, they will substitute another color of carnations, not another red flower. Orders / Payment
During the order process, you will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards other than Diners, department store cards and any other credit and/or debit cards as we may specify from time to time. By clicking on the 'checkout' button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the FrankGallo.com Website. Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to the email address provided. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.
Standard Delivery information can be found on the Delivery Information page along with standard delivery prices. Certain locations will be charged at a higher or lower amount than the standard delivery charge. Selected products are not available for delivery to certain areas - where possible we will advise you of these restrictions before you place your order.
Delivery Services - If you should require your delivery to be made same day or within a specific time period please call our phone number to place your order. Your intended delivery date will be confirmed in your email order confirmation. We may process orders received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next working day. Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays, orders will be delivered on the next working day.
To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered. In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, funeral directors, and other business locations, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
Please note that the FrankGallo.com is only responsible for delivering to the address you quote (or to a neighbor if no one is at home) we regret that where the goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual receiver refuses or fails to return item(s). Where the delivery driver is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbor, leave in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact. In the instance of difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient occurring, we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide at the time of placing your order.
